Where are you based?
Par and Paw is based in Austin, Texas. Our towels are manufactured overseas, all customs are made in Austin so tariffs or oversea shipping delays do not impact your orders.

How do I send my pet’s photo?
You’ll upload your pet’s photo right at checkout. Make sure it’s clear and well-lit so we can capture every detail. 2-3 photos are preferred for best results.

What happens after I place my order?
Within 24–48 hours, you’ll receive a couple of custom proofs to choose from. Once you select your favorite, we’ll get to work printing your towel.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Please allow up to 7 business days for processing. Orders ship within 1 day once complete. Holiday order cut-off date is DEC 10. We are based in Austin Texas and currently only ship within the U.S. 

What size are the towels?
All Par & Paw towels are 16x16 inches, the perfect size for the course.

How do I care for my towel?
For best results, machine wash cold and air dry. Avoid bleach and high heat to preserve the quality of the design.

Do you make towels for cats too?
Yes. We create custom towels for both dogs and cats.

Can I request a custom style?
You can choose from our existing design styles. We’ll do our best to accommodate special requests when possible.

Is this a good gift?
Absolutely. Par & Paw is the perfect stocking stuffer, high quality towels ready to delight any golfer or pet lover.

What is your return policy?
We currently do not accept returns or offer refunds. However, if you have any issues with your order please email parandpaw@gmail.com for all order concerns and inquiries.
